David is a full-stack developer and systems administrator with over 20 years in the technology industry. His experience spans SIEM solutions, incident response, network security, UNIX/Linux/Windows administration, and automation development. He has supported organizations ranging from K-12 education to financial services, managed 18+ enterprise systems simultaneously, and led security monitoring and testing initiatives. David holds an Associate in Applied Science in Information Technology and is self-taught in Python, JavaScript, SQL, and multiple scripting languages. At Cactus IT, he leads the technical strategy, infrastructure, and hands-on support that keeps client systems running.
Misty brings over 20 years of professional experience rooted in direct sales, account management, vendor coordination, and business operations. From managing high-value B2B accounts in the aviation and semiconductor industries to running inside sales teams, she has built her career on clear communication, customer-first problem solving, and getting things done right. She holds an Associates degree in Personal Computer Network Technology from Collins College and has hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and business productivity tools. Misty founded Cactus IT Solutions to give Arizona businesses the kind of personal, dependable support they deserve.
